2. Service Booking & Scheduling

Appointment Booking

  • We aim to provide same-day service subject to availability
  • Appointment confirmation will be provided within 2 hours of booking

Cancellation Policy

  • Customers can cancel appointments up to 2 hours before scheduled time
  • Late cancellations may incur a minimal service charge

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure safe access to the TV for technicians
  • Remove personal data/accounts before service
  • Provide stable power supply during repair
  • Report any issues during warranty period promptly

6. Parts & Replacement Policy

Genuine Parts

We strive to use genuine manufacturer parts when available. In cases where genuine parts are unavailable or cost-prohibitive, we use high-quality compatible parts with customer consent.

Old Parts Return

Replaced defective parts will be returned to customer upon request. Parts disposal will be done in an environmentally responsible manner.

7. Limitation of Liability
